Elit Journal is an Appointment booking system for clinic. System has a multi-user role (Admin, Doctor, Secretary, and Nurse) with different access permission.
The main purpose of the system is to manage the patient’s journal, lab, medicine, remisser reports, and appointment booking.
The site is design and developed in PHP CodeIgniter framework. We use responsive design so that user can surf the entire site in different devices like mobile, tablets etc.
