The terms and conditions governing your use of the CodeInfluencer website and services.

These terms govern your use of codeinfluencer.com, operated by CodeInfluencer IT Solution LLP ("CodeInfluencer", "we", "us" or "our"), a limited liability partnership registered in India with its office in Surat, Gujarat.

By using this site you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.

What this site is

This is a marketing and information website. Nothing on it is an offer capable of acceptance, a quotation, or professional advice. Service descriptions, technology lists and case studies describe our capabilities and past work in general terms.

Client work is governed by a separate agreement

These terms do not govern any project we carry out for you. Engagements are covered by a separate written agreement setting out scope, deliverables, timelines, fees, intellectual property, confidentiality and liability. Where these terms conflict with that agreement, the agreement takes precedence.

No contract for services comes into existence through this website.

Intellectual property

The content of this site — text, layout, graphics, logos and code — belongs to CodeInfluencer or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trade mark law.

You may view and print pages for your own reference or to evaluate working with us. You may not republish, sell, sublicense or systematically extract content, or present it as your own, without our written permission.

Client names, logos and trade marks shown in our portfolio remain the property of their owners and appear to identify the work we did.

On client projects, ownership of the code and other deliverables is set out in the engagement agreement. Our standard position is that the client owns the deliverables on payment.

Portfolio and case studies

Case studies describe work we have delivered. They do not promise a comparable result: outcomes depend on scope, market, data and factors outside our control.

Where a case study is our own reference build rather than client work, it says so.

Submitting information to us

When you send an enquiry or apply for a role, you confirm the information is accurate and that you are entitled to share it. Do not send confidential information belonging to a third party, or material you do not have the right to disclose.

We handle what you send in line with our Privacy Policy.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the site unlawfully or fraudulently
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, its servers or connected systems
  • Introduce malware or anything else designed to cause harm
  • Scrape or harvest content or contact details for bulk or automated outreach
  • Impose an unreasonable load on our infrastructure

Availability

We aim to keep the site available but do not guarantee it. Access may be suspended, withdrawn or restricted at any time, including for maintenance, without notice.

Third-party links

We link to third-party sites for information only. We do not endorse them, do not control them, and are not responsible for their content or practices.

Disclaimers and liability

The site is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law we exclude implied warranties regarding accuracy, completeness, fitness for a particular purpose and uninterrupted availability.

We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, revenue, business, goodwill or data arising from your use of this site.

Nothing here excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Liability arising from client work is governed by the engagement agreement, not by these terms.

Changes

We may revise these terms at any time. The version published here is the one that applies. Please check the date at the top.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts of Surat, Gujarat have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
