AI Sales & Lead Automation

Inbound leads captured, enriched, qualified and routed in minutes — so your team calls the right prospect while they are still interested.

Discuss your AI Sales & Lead Automation project

Speed to first response is one of the few things in sales that is both decisive and entirely within your control. Most inbound enquiries sit in a shared inbox for hours, get manually enriched, then reach a rep who has to work out whether they are worth calling. Every stage of that is automatable, and the compounding effect is a pipeline that moves faster with the same headcount.

Who this is for

Sales teams with more inbound enquiries than capacity to qualify them properly. Companies whose CRM data quality has degraded because entry is manual. Businesses where enquiries arrive through several channels and no single queue.

Problems we solve

  • Slow first response. Hours between an enquiry and a reply, by which point the prospect has moved on.
  • Manual enrichment. Reps researching company size and fit before they can prioritise.
  • Poor routing. Leads assigned by round-robin rather than by fit or territory.
  • CRM decay. Records left incomplete because entry is tedious.
  • Follow-up that stops. Sequences abandoned after the second attempt.

What we build

  • Capture from web forms, chat, WhatsApp, email and phone into one pipeline
  • Enrichment from public sources and your own historical data
  • Qualification scored against your actual closed-won profile, not a generic template
  • Routing by territory, product fit, deal size or availability
  • Instant acknowledgement with genuinely relevant content
  • Follow-up sequences that pause automatically on a human reply
  • CRM records written completely and consistently, without rep data entry
  • Call and meeting transcripts summarised into the CRM automatically

How we work

We build the scoring model from your own history — which enquiries actually became customers — rather than from assumed criteria, because assumed criteria usually encode a bias rather than a pattern. Automated outreach is written to be genuinely useful and clearly identified; volume outreach that damages your domain reputation is a false economy and we will not build it. Every automated touch stops the moment a human conversation begins.

Technologies we use

n8n for orchestration, Claude, GPT or Gemini for classification, summarisation and drafting, with integrations into HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive and comparable CRMs. WhatsApp Business Cloud, Gmail and Google Workspace for channels, and Redis for state and rate limiting.

Business benefits

  • First response measured in minutes rather than hours
  • Reps spend their time on qualified conversations rather than research
  • CRM data complete enough to forecast from
  • Follow-up happens consistently instead of depending on individual discipline
  • Lead source and conversion attribution become measurable

Where it pays off

  • Inbound enquiry capture and instant acknowledgement
  • Qualification and scoring before a rep is assigned
  • Territory and product-fit routing
  • Meeting scheduling without back-and-forth email
  • Post-call summaries and next-step creation in the CRM
  • Re-engagement of dormant records

Common questions

Will prospects notice it is automated?

The acknowledgement, probably — and that is fine when it is genuinely helpful and honest. We do not build systems that impersonate a named human, because the reputational downside outweighs the gain.

How accurate is automated qualification?

It depends on how much closed-won history you have. We validate the model against past outcomes before it goes live and keep a manual review path for high-value leads regardless.

Will this hurt our email deliverability?

Not if it is built properly: authenticated sending, volume pacing, genuine relevance and immediate suppression on reply or unsubscribe. Deliverability is a constraint we design around rather than discover.

Losing leads to slow response? That is usually the cheapest thing to fix first.
