AI Customer Support Automation
Support automation that answers from your real documentation, resolves what it can, and escalates cleanly with full context.
Support queues follow a predictable shape: a small number of question types account for most of the volume, and they are already answered somewhere in your documentation. Automating that share is the highest-value AI application most companies have available — provided the system knows its limits and hands over well when it reaches them.
Who this is for
Support teams whose queue is dominated by repeat questions. Companies whose customers span time zones their staffing does not. Businesses where response time is the main driver of satisfaction scores.
Problems we solve
- Repetition. Skilled staff answering the same twenty questions all week.
- Overnight queues. Tickets arriving after hours and waiting until morning.
- Inconsistent answers. The same question answered differently depending on who picks it up.
- Bad escalation. A customer repeating everything they already told the bot.
- Wrong answers with confidence. Ungrounded automation inventing a policy.
What we build
- Assistants grounded in your help centre, policies and product documentation
- Automatic triage: intent, priority, category and routing on arrival
- Resolution of common requests end to end — order status, password resets, booking changes
- Draft replies prepared for agent review where full automation is not appropriate
- Escalation with the full transcript and the AI's findings attached
- Coverage across WhatsApp, web chat, email and your helpdesk from one core
- Reporting on deflection, escalation reasons and the documentation gaps behind them
How we work
We analyse your existing tickets first to find the real volume distribution — which is reliably different from what teams expect. We automate the top categories only, ground every answer in retrieval so nothing is invented, and design the escalation path before the resolution path. The system is measured on customer outcome, not deflection rate, because a high deflection rate with unhappy customers is a worse result than a lower one.
Technologies we use
Claude, GPT, Gemini or self-hosted Ollama for generation; Qdrant or pgvector for grounding in your documentation; Redis for conversation memory and deduplication; n8n for orchestration and helpdesk integration; WhatsApp Business Cloud and web chat for channels.
Business benefits

- Tier-one technical troubleshooting from a known runbook
Common questions
What proportion can realistically be automated?
It varies widely by business, and we will not quote a figure before seeing your tickets. The honest answer comes from analysing your actual volume distribution, which we do before proposing scope.
How do we stop it giving wrong information?
Grounding in retrieval, a scope boundary it will not answer outside, and escalation on low confidence. It is designed to say it does not know rather than to guess.
Can customers reach a human?
Always, and the route should be obvious. Hiding the escalation path to raise deflection metrics damages satisfaction and we advise against it.
